Privacy

The short version

This website sets no tracking cookies, runs no advertising, and does not profile you. If you fill in the contact form we use what you wrote to answer you, and for nothing else.

That is the whole arrangement. The sections below say the same thing at the length the law expects.

Who is responsible

The contact form

We process the name, company, email address, telephone number and message you submit, in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and the steps leading to a possible contract.

We keep enquiries for as long as the business relationship they concern remains relevant, and delete them afterwards. We do not use them for marketing you have not asked for, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the company.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records the usual technical information when a page is served: IP address, time, the page requested, referrer and browser identification. This is necessary to deliver the site and to defend it against abuse, and is deleted on a short cycle.

Analytics

We measure aggregate traffic — how many people visited which pages, and roughly where from — without cookies, without a device identifier, and without anything that would let us recognise you on a return visit or across other sites.

The software runs on our own server rather than a third party's, so the measurements are never shared with anyone and never leave our control. We honour your browser's Do Not Track setting. Because nothing is stored on your device and no personal data is kept, there is no consent banner to click.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to office@chronos.li and we will deal with it.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Liechtenstein Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzstelle), Städtle 38, FL-9490 Vaduz.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date below.
